Personally, I have enjoyed my experiences at this place. I walk in, pay my little co-pay, flip thru the magazines and see my therapist. I sit and chat for 45-55 mins and call it a day. I get text message reminders and even after hour limited responses. After my session, I walk out and call in my next appt. easy as pie. I can't understand why anyone would have any other experience but pleasant.
