Practicing yoga and meditation has enhanced my ability to root myself in the present and become more comfortable with my own mind and body. There are so many mindfulness activities that feel good, keep us focused, and are a lot of fun! Are you into the coloring craze? Adult coloring books are a fun and creative way to practice mindfulness. Tai chi is another great mindful movement exercise that looks graceful and powerful to the observer.
