Had a calcium channel score done. Everyone was very nice and it was over quickly. I did however have to wait a few extra minutes for my heart rate to get into the 80’s. I think I was nervous because it stayed in the 90’s for a while. FYI, no caffeine 6 hrs prior as they cannot scan if heart rate is in 90’s or above. Overall, very quick and kind staff

Dr. Heinz and his girls are truly a godsend. Dr.Heiz is an excellent doctor. He makes you feel right at home and his girls or staff are just as great I love each of them and am so grateful for all they did for me. Dr. Heinz healed my feet and his girls found a place in my heart. I will forever be in their debt. That whole clinic was a real blessing to me and my family. Thanks guys I will miss our weekly appointments.

Everyone at Aurora Medical center was attentive and positive during my needle biopsy. The intake person could not have been nicer. My male nurse was very kind. The ultrasound technician was awesome even though she had to do my procedure in a smaller room. Very pleased.

I was very pleased with everyone at the medical center of aurora. From the check-in to the procedure everyone was very professional and understanding, even in the waiting area they would come by to see if I was o.k. and needed anything, and also how much longer before the procedure. This was not my first time there, but it was the same experience, great job all-around. Thank-you .

The ER doctors, nurses & staff were incredible! They kept me updated on all the tests I was having & why. They showed extreme compassion & caring. This is definitely the hospital to go to if you need medical assistance!

Admitted for a week on progressive floor. Nothing but excellent care. From the doctors, the awesome nurses down to the cleaning staff and cafeteria workers. One of the best hospitals I've ever been to!

I recently delivered my twins at The Medical Center of Aurora and everyone was amazing... so amazing that my husband and I asked to hire one of our nurses to help at home! It's evident that everyone who works there is passionate about the work they do. I especially enjoyed the massage therapist who came by my room after the babies were born! Lastly, if you're looking for an OB, Dr. Vanessa Gilliland is the best! She's energetic, fun and knowledgeable in her field. She took care of my babies and I like we were family. I HIGHLY recommend this hospital!

Everyone was quite nice. They immediately got me in a room and gave me some pain medication. Only two issues, the first was a bit after arrival I was still in some pain and they came in with some more medication. I asked what the medications were and what dosages. One of Medications I had already received and was not time for another dose, the second was the appropriate medication but the Dose was way too high. I asked him to please check, and then they came back with the right dose. Second issue was during CT I was having chest pain. Ask him please to call the physician and let him know as I’m sure he would want a chest CT to be done. They said that would take too much time in that I probably would not need one. I told them that I had a great difficulty getting on and off the stretcher due to my back injury and to please call. They said they had people waiting and could not do that. Once I was back in the room, with more severe muscle spasm’s within five minutes they came back into the room to take me to CT again.

I was in for a few days two weeks in a row. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. Just PRAY that your case manager isn't named Peg or Peggy. She was insulting, condescending, and snooty. I kindly asked her to call a Medicaid Taxi for me about 30 minutes before I left, and she refused to do so, saying I needed to be already waiting in the lobby before making the call because I could miss the taxi. I explained that the taxi calls you once they arrived, otherwise I would have to ask every taxi if they were there to pick me up. She proceeded to tell me I was giving her attitude, and she hopes that I don't behave like a child, and tell people what to do in professional environments. I almost lost it on her, but politely asked her to just make the call. She again refused, and I spent nearly 90 minutes in the waiting room, because the call wasn't made until I was in the lobby. By the time I got home, my pharmacy was closed, so I couldn't get my much needed medication until the next day. Everyone else was super awesome, it just stinks to have a great experience ruined at the very end. Being told that with 4.5 years of experience, she knows better, and adds insults to your character and basically calls you stupid. I've been using Medicaid Taxi for years, and everyone knows they can take quite a while when it's busy. Last week, the case manager had the taxi driver already there, and he even came up to my floor to bring me down (over and beyond amazing). I wasn't surprised to see her fast walking out to the parking lot and leave after being in the lobby only 10 minutes. This otherwise would have been a 5 Star experience. Good job everyone else. Peggy, you should not be allowed to work with patients. SMH!

Great staff, super nice and attentive. I brought my wife there at 2 AM and they were great. This was at the Saddle Rock 24 hrs location. My Wife needed to be sent to the Medical center in Aurora and I was told the ambulance ride was free. They said the consider it no different than if I had gone straight to the hospital. The staff there was also great. Very prompt and a nice as possible. We are from out of state and they have done everything they could to make us comfortable and confident. Thanks to all of you.

Had nasal surgery here and was truly blown away at how amazing the staff was. I'll admit check in was a little different than I imagined, but it was 5 in the morning. The pre op team was professional with good bedside manner. They did have me actually walk into the operating room myself and lay on the operating table to get comfortable before anesthesia, which again was nothing like is ever experienced and found odd. The surgeon and his team were phenomenal. The nurses in recovery again were professional with great bedside manner. The real superstars though were the nurses after I got admitted. They made me feel like family! Truly amazing to be so comforted in the exact moment you needed that. They even walked me to my car at discharge. I couldn't help but to hug them for the amazing care they gave! Thank you so much!
