I'm not a big talker but if I an leave a review for dunkin' donuts I can definitely leave one for them. I just want to acknowledge this place for a job well done. I was a little skeptical as we all can be when supporting black business but I am man enough to admit when I am wrong. This place help change my perspective on life and I am very appreciative. I am now gainfully employee and say I have brothers for life. Big ups to Mr. G, Mrs. B and the little pregnant girl (I forget her name. sorry). I appreciate you all.

My last class was this weekend. All I can say is Amen. I am so proud our myself for finishing this program. I have a lot of help from the staff, classmates and my teachers. Mr. G and Mrs. Brown are awesome. I have already recommended this program to friends and family. Thank you for all that you have done for me.

This was a blessing in disguise and i can say things happen for a reason. I am very thankful that good people still exist. My instructor Mr. G was very innovative in his approaches. We shedded some tears, had a lot laughs but most importantly he was a key player in my growth. I can not forget about Mrs. Brown. She is a tough little cookie but she is impressive. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart.

I was having a really rough day before I came into this establishment but I quickly checked myself. I witnessed so many disrespectful and entitled individuals walked through the door within a 45 minute span. It really made me embarrassed to be a black man. Honestly, if it wasn't for me having to wait my turn I could've easily been that same dude. I am truly impressed by how these ladies dealt with these dudes.

Limited space in the women’s classroom but overall a very positive experience from beginning to the end. Definitely a place to better yourself. I am very appreciative of the ladies who kept my file together, their assistance with my issues and Mr. Greg but I will not be back. 😊

The staff are very patient because they have to deal with a lot people with different personalities and different intellectual levels. Better them than me. But all in all my experience was good. I learned a lot about myself in 1 class and Mr. G is a good instructor!

Defying the Odds helped bring to light the trouble with behavior I'd normalized in years up to entering their program -- In the Risk Reduction course, I learned the science behind changes in mind and body over years of abuse. Weekly ASM meetings became a time and place of great reflection for me, where I gained an objective sense of self I didn't know I lacked before. Entering the program, I really didn't think I had a problem, but in time I realized, and by the end I was fundamentally changed. I wouldn't trade the experience for anything.

When I spoke to the lady who answered the phone she was very friendly and made me laugh. That isn't very common when dealing with these type of situations but very much needed. Thanks for making my day girl!
