Dr Neal is very kind and thorough. To any patient where pediatric urologist is needed he is the best. Puts both my child and myself at ease within a minute or two if walking in room!!

MY GRANDSON HAS BEEN AT MCG SEVEN TIMES SINCE HE WAS BORN. WE HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THE CARE HE HAS ALWAYS RECEIVED HIS Dr. Is Dr. NEAL AND IS A GREAT DR. AND IS WONDERFUL DEALING WITH YOUNG PATIENTS. MY GRANDSON LOVES HIM AND BELIEVES Dr. NEAL CAN FIX ANYTHING. THE NURSES ARE KIND AND SWEET TO ALL OF THE FAMILY. HIS ROOM HAS ALWAYS BEEN SPACIOUS AND CLEAN. I WOULD RECCOMEND Dr. NEAL TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS A PEDIATRIC UROLOGIST.

My father-in-law was flown in to the ER from our rural hospital after suffering a stroke. From the security officer, admissions clerk, and physician in the ER to the nurses, doctors, radiology, respiratory and housekeeping staff on the Neuro ICU floor- we were treated with the utmost professionalism, courtesy and compassion.

I quickly received medical attention from the ER. My wait was no longer then 20-30 minutes. ER staff were great & very friendly. I also had surgery here 2 years ago & was quickly put on the surgery schedule. I was a first case. It was early but went down on time & was back home before I knew it. The staff on 8 West was so friendly& put my fears at ease!! Couldn't recommend a better place to have surgery!!!

I came to visit My mother from New York and had no clue where i was. Thankfully i ran into a young man named Jeremy Serrano who is part of the Concierge Dept. not only did he point me to the right direction he took me right to my mothers room. It did not stop their he also helped me book a room in the Econlodge directly across the street from the hospital. My mother then told me that he stopped by and checked on her to make sure she was comfortable and to find out of she needed anything. I wish i would of been able to see him before i left and give him a big hug and handshake and tell him thank you for making my mother feel that more important.....Thank you Jeremy Serrano for showing us the care and love during or visit to Augusta Medical Center

Great staff on 7 south--Jessica, Makenzie, Janis and all the other nurses and techs were great and worked so hard to take care of my sister, Nancy Darby. Thanks also to the Resp Therapists, the Speech therapist and other staff who helped her recovery. The housekeeping staff were professional and thorough also. GO 7 South!!

My grandmother entered the facility very near death, was given excellent care by an excellent staff and her health was restored to its full potential. She raved about how well every staff member treated her. Thank you to all who cared for her!

Sorry to say their eye clinic needs help with the scheduling. It is 12:17pm and stll waiting to see the DR, my appointment was for 10:20am, and I arrived @ 8:30 am. Second time this happened!!!!!

Wonderful and compassionate. Not their fault, but it took a year to see a rheumatologist because they were the only place accepting new Medicaid patients in the entire state of GA. This is why money is not a good motivation for healthcare. We need a Medicare For All plan under President Bernie Sanders!

Health issues all my life and established here ...Awesome housekeeping, Children's center, and other departments however better approach in the following would be beneficial.=) 1) Another deck or add higher deck 2)Excellent ER however Hire help in ER to meet demands 3) Expand advanced tech in certain departments for advanced folk so they stay here in our city 4) Hire Actual Help instead of cheap and work in teams (each guy from each department all working in a team.) 5) END PROFILING. Folk are in fact ill, established, have told their LEGIT history and outpatient- doc thinks meds are fine without a test sometimes but then folk come in w/ issues not homeless, drug seeking, or psychotic or whatever the heck you think is going on. Greatly Appreciate!!!!
