The staff was very friendly and professional. I didn’t wait that long( I was sent over there from the Urgent Care center). Everything was explained well and the tests were explained as they were collecting samples. I was given medicine to address my symptoms and pain levels. I went home feel much better and given clear instructions on how to address my issues as my illness runs it’s course. I have had nothing except great experiences at the hospital.

As soon as I walked into the ER waiting area both ladies behind the desk were sweet and humble enough to talk about the little things. The employee that looked over my right foot that was purple cuz its a real beauty was friendly and down to earth. But it was the ladies that I encountered once I was taken back to the x ray area that really made the visit even better. To the young lady that is having the baby in February(She was being moved after I was discharged Julie Maybe 😕) you were a breathe of fresh air and I want you to know I made it home safe and I hope you got You a snack on your way back from helping me out the building.( Mirranda is a really good name if the baby is a girl 😊) The x ray Tech Hallie; people like you are the reason why people have pleasant visits. You were humble and friendly and I felt like we could ha e been friends if I was younger in years😉. The girls that wrapped my foot; good job that splint is really on there ladies. Job well done. Most visits at any hospital are unpleasant due to unfriendly staff members along with a dash in impatience that come with the patience themselves. But I am really glad I came in this afternoon, not so glad on my news, but my visit was AMAZING nonetheless and I want you ladies to know that. To Dr. Brian that talked to me about my x ray on my mangled bone and nerve: thank you for shooting it straight with me!! I like that! Thank you again!!!! You all were so amazing, really!

I don't know maybe I got lucky but this hospital is the best when it comes with patient services . You don't have to wait long for help to use the bathroom . You don't have to wait long for pain medication that you request . The doctors , charge nurses, assistant nurse mangers and cna's are all so kind and treat you well. I feel so happy everyday I wake up here because I know everyone from above will brighten my day . I believe this hospital is better than Kennestone and I might come here to have my second child in the future . I had my daughter who is 7 months now at Kennestone who are great sometimes but I have a better vibe with this hospital . If I knew , I would've been came here . Thank you to everyone who has made my stay very comfortable , I never get that any where else !! 😘😘

I'm a funeral director and have to make removals at the hospital. The Nursing staff and Security go up and over the top with their helping me and the caring of the families of the decease. They get a 5 star plus rating from me.

I was recently in the emergency department due to food poisoning and they were all of so much help! I was there at about 6:30 am & the shift was switching at 7:00 am, but the nurse made me feel welcomed by my other nurse and doctor and prescribed me medicine and I felt better within hours, as I was sick all night. Very professional and clean!!! I totally reccomend.
