I’m editing my earlier scathing review. The first 3 days were awful due to our son not getting his meds and a lot of bullying going on. Since then, a new group of kids arrived and the atmosphere has become more friendly. The therapist we met with today did a good job and followed up on what he’d said. This facility is very challenged when it comes to organization and efficiency. Hope they can improve!

I'm writing this from my girlfriends account. My name is Max Raymond, I had to go here in October of 2017 for depression among other things. Anyone telling you this place is anything but amazing is a liar. The techs are amazing. They are all ridiculously nice. They don't try to be super senstive or costantly at like you need some sort of special attention because you're suicidal. They genuinely make you feel normal. The kids I met here were also amazing. They immidiately welcomed me in, no one was rude. They were the nicest group of people I have ever met. There was only one bad kid, but he was seperated with the kids under 13, and every now and then you would hear him screaming because he was acting up, and I asked one of the techs that work with both the older kids and the younger kids how he hadn't quit yet with kids that act like that coming through here. He told me that if he could make a difference for at least one person, then it was worth it. This place is amazing. Everyone is so nice. If you have the option, send your child here. They'll thank you.
