Being new to the area, I had to find a new Doctor, and found Dr. Dunn to be very informative and nice. Everyone that I encountered during the visit was nice, and made me feel comfortable. Very nice place to visit.

I really love this place for one I was just informed definitely that I am calling my Doctor/Internist Andrea Speedie's office where I see her over 10 years or longer and I did not know I was speaking to a triage nurse and it's not directly my doctor's nurse herself but assists her a many things I'm sure and especially it is not her job I was informed, but she is going out of her way herself as a busy professional triage nurse and handling my difficult insurance company and dealing with not just one or two pre-authorizations but several and then to top it off having to resubmit the claims several times because they deny it thinking I am not eligible for that type of medication. I like to throw out a great appreciation not only to my Dr. Andrea Speedie who's been treating me with the best Professional Care at Chase Brexton Health Services and a shout out to the extraordinary triage nurse Jessica O. And also a wonderful medical assistant, Dominique who also goes out of her way! Not only is my insurance difficult but I know that I am also shall I say a Pita patient :-) I have a lot of medical problems that needs attention and I am receiving the most prompt and Professional Care that anyone can imagine and I give all my appreciation and feel that I'm blessed to have a wonderful doctor! The doctor has shown her care for me for over 10 years or so. She's a very professional lady that goes out of her way to take care of me! My nurse, medical assistant and medical staff are also very pleasant, sweet and easy to deal with. Everyone really seems to care and does show it to me. I'm very appreciative, thank you and God bless you all! PS I just couldn't cut this short but I will definitely try to leave the shortest message possible and let you answer all questions if I was ever needed to call again, which I know I will, I'm sure :-)

Great physicians and executive staff. Most frontier staff are not patient oriented. Use to be a 5 star place, going downhill

I like my primary doctor but as for the receptionist they pretty much all have nasty attitudes, I just recently had to have my gallbladder removed I called to schedule a pre op appointment and they said there was absolutely no one I could see at any location before my surgery that Monday while sitting in another drs appointment I get a phone call saying I'm late for my appointment and am I still having surgery after they had told me they had absolutely no appointments they could get me in so I told them the hospital would just take care of it smh communication skills people do your job! Also find it hard to schedule appointments without having to wait over a month, no longer have psychiatrist or therapist on staff but yet say they have behavioral health help by referring you to other places

I am so sick of Chase brexton. Attempting to schedule an appointment with my doctor is hell my appointments are always so far apart I need to get a second opinion but I have to get a referral first difficult to say the least I had a pharmacy mistake where I got another patient medicine with his name and everything on it.. another time I'm counting my medicine now and there's a pain pill and with my brown pills I have no idea no clue what it is where it came from and neither did they. Oh and let's not talk about trying to get someone on the phone unacceptable. One of the best things about them is my case worker Laura Keller... She's the best goes above and beyond.....
