About Treatment Center

Located in Boston, Massachusetts, Fenway Health offers treatment for Addiction, Alcohol Abuse and Drug Abuse. Our mission at Fenway Health is to be the leading provider of quality care for addiction treatment in the country. We offer Outpatient, Outpatient detoxification and Outpatient methadone/buprenorphine or vivitrol that are customized to suit the patients’ unique needs. In these treatment plans, we teach our patients to develop coping skills, identify relapse triggers, and rebuild their sense of self-worth and confidence. It’s within these coping skills that will ensure the success of an addict’s recovery, since they will be utilizing them both during treatment and once they return home after treatment is over. Our treatment approaches include Cognitive/behavioral therapy, Dialectical behavioral therapy and Rational emotive behavioral therapy. At Fenway Health, we believe that everyone has the ability to recover from their addiction, despite how severe their addiction may be. We strive to do everything in our power to show our patients that they can succeed in every facet of their life, not just in treatment. We are here to help break the cycle of addiction so that our patients can live the life that they deserve. For the convenience of the patient, we have Services for the deaf and hard of hearing and Spanish that will make their stay here more comfortable and enjoyable.

In the last three+ years of living in Massachusetts, I have never had anything less than amazingly compassionate, excellent healthcare at any Fenway location. Very queer friendly and willing to work with my non-traditional family.

Would recommend it for anyone. They are great and keep getting better.

A very welcoming, inclusive, and professional office. I have received excellent and compassionate care here since 2010, when my previous Dr. retired. Office staff, medical assistants, nurse practitioners, and my doc, all on the same page. Recommended without reservation.

Fenway Health has given me the best treatment than any other provider I've had in the past. They're caring, professional, resourceful, and willing to help. The in-person support they give is a great asset to creating a positive, welcoming, personal, and healthy environment.

I have since deleted my original one-star review. A number of people reached out to me to collect further information and assured me that this is not at all common practice for their organization. I was shocked by the time and effort put into a complaint that could easily be dismissed as an "angry yelper." I thanked everyone involved and see a bunch of great people attempting to fix a mistake that was not their own. This is essential to a great business and reaching out definitely made me feel that the office took this sort of behavior seriously. It's upsetting that one individual can make patients see an organization that's really trying in a negative light. I think it's completely unfair for the organization's reputation to suffer because of this one individual and I know that the problem will now be taken care of. Thank you again to everyone who handled this matter and especially to those in the patient services department.

I can't say enough good things about Fenway Health. Modern facility, patient-centered care, and compassionate and professional staff. I receive primary care here. One challenge is that, while close to the Green Line at Kenmore or Fenway, when you're sick that can be a really long walk! (And now that I no longer live in Boston but drive in for work-- parking is hard to come by/expensive). However, I still consider it worth it to continue getting my care here because of the high quality of care and experience. I love the online portal where you can refill medication/email your provider or team nurse!
