I have been a client at Rachel Upjohn for several years. I have had the best therapists and attended great learning programs by they’re suggestions. I have had exemplary care every time. This past week I attempted to make an appointment at RU. I was anywhere from caller #8 to caller #18 and was on hold for 8-19 minutes each call. I am not sure who has time to wait on hold and go about there business on a given day. Today I am at home and finally made my appointment after 16+ minutes on hold I am a strong advocate for Michigan Medicine but is difficult to refer family/friends when the very first contact puts you on hold for so long. This is, indeed, poor customer service. Sylvia Ertman
