My Team 11 health care providers are great. We have had several different doctors over the 15 years I have been going to Team 11, and they were all very good. Also, the Pain Management group, Physical Therapy group, Dietary Group and Pharmacy are good. In fact, I have found this clinic to be much better than the local civilian clinic I sometimes went to in the past, where the focus seemed to be on "see as many people as possible" and "run as many tests as possible", and then "never bother to respond to an inquiry by the patient".

Parking often a problem 0600 until 1300. Check-in at front desk or kiosks available in several locations throughout the clinics. I absolutely love the teams in Mt.Vernon, especially TEAM 6; everyone is very professional and kind spoken, if they don't have an answer, they'll find out who does! Be sure to visit the gift can find unique gifts, the volunteers who work there are very sweet...fresh popcorn...KUDOS to all employees and volunteers at Gene Taylor VA Outpatient Clinic.

All the staff were extremely friendly and helped me get around my first visit here. I really like talking with everyone, and they are always willing to help. Update: Love working with team 7. Everyone is friendly and helpful, easy to get along with. Always been accepted early, had three appointments here now. So glad there is a VA near me. Had to go to Fayetteville for specific testing, but there is travel reimbursement and I don't mind the drive. Not sure why there are bad reviews, I can't imagine staff here acting the way others claim they do.
