Ease of getting appts. Quickly - Phenominal! Employees, other therapists have been friendly. Get impression that they really like working here. RGCGS is 1,000% better than the chaos at Epoc* B******* Svc (they also do suboxone); all employees at that other place except C. S******, office bully, were stressed and angry or complacent and bitter. Very badly managed at Epoc*! Congrats RGCGS on being a facility that has it's s*** together and runs pretty smoothly.

I have been seeing a therapist since I was 21. I have come farther and am so much better in my life since I came here. I have grown, set and kept boundaries. Learned about my mental illnesses, come off of so many medications it is unbelievable. I am a strong, better woman today because of Maria Drake and I have recommended her to friends and family. You have to know and want to get better or you won't go anywhere for therapy. She is truly wonderful...and so am I because of her. Thank you....

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the counselors here. The office staff are pretty much useless---but the counselors make it worth your time. They have great hours and can accomodate most schedules. I love the flexibility!

I was a patient of Rio grande for about 5 months and my experience was so and so. The medical clinic is awsome the two lady's that work in the front over there are welcoming and very helpful and very sweet . my counselor Melissa at the main office was not to helpful made me feel as if she was in a hurry and did not give a Damn about what was going on. If only I could just attend my appointments at the med side I would continue coming such a bummer.

The only reason I'm giving a three is because I love the medical clinic but not so much the counseling. I was seeing Dr. Ortiz which is an amazing doctor and unfortunately she left. After I had Dr. Cruz and she is wonderful too. The staff is great, the girl is a good assistant. I'm always able to call and get questions answered. On the other hand the counseling office is not so welcoming, not peaceful, it's a little loud sometimes. And the staff at that office is horrible. The girls don't pay attention (they rather be on their phone), they are so rude and lazy. It's just god-awful to deal with them there.
