This was our second time staying at this hotel. It is very convenient for us when we travel through Albuquerque. We like the old atmosphere of this hotel. It is clean and quiet. The staff are very nice. Breakfast is excellent. We will stay here again if we are in ABQ.

Always stay here on our trips to and from Texas. Always a nice experience. Friendly helpful staff and clean comfortable rooms. Right of the 40 freeway and a nice restaurant that is open late. 👍👍👍

This is an older hotel but our stay was very enjoyable. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and housekeeping did a great job. The breakfast staff was great to our party of eight. The front desk was very accommodating when we requested a room change for accessibility to disability parking. We would definitely return.

Great rooms. Friendly staff. Good restaurant and bar. Breakfast options were good. Only problem was no hot water for tub/shower. That can happen anytime just like in your own home. I’ve stayed here before and all was great including hot water. Would definitely stay there again next time I’m driving across the country.

We were only in this hotel briefly, for one night, but it was clean, comfortable, within walking distance to old town, and had easy access to the interstate for us to get down to the Balloon Fiesta. We were able to check in a little early (after eating a late lunch at Monica's which was easy to walk to and had no wait when everything in old town was an hour wait). We were able to get a 'to go' breakfast in the wee hours of the morning (3:30 am) to take with us to the Balloon Fiesta also. Very helpful staff. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Good location, though difficult to see from the road. Convenient to downtown. Friendly staff. Parking lot is a maze. Hotel is dated, but still well kept, needs updates. Expensive for an average hotel, but that may be because of location. I would stay at a newer hotel and drive a little further for less money.

Nice room, comfy bed, clean, slept well, bathroom had no counter space. Pretty but not functional. Laundry dryer was broken. 2 washers, only 1 dryer and it was a busy room. AC kept shutting off, had to turn it on at 1 am, stuffy and warm. Restaurant inside was decent, loved my burger, bun was homemade I think. Service was so, so, our waitress was running her butt off, but other employees, not so helpful.

I and a friend ended up at the Best Western for 5 additional nights due to canceled flights because of a hurricane. I could not say enough positive things about the hotel amenities, the cleanliness of the rooms and all areas, the use of 4 computers, the free shuttle. The greatest positive, however, was the pleasant and helpful staff - from the housekeeping personnel, to the front desk, to the maintenance (Edwin), to the restaurant staff (Christine). In particular, Will, Andy and Joe at the front desk were so extra helpful with the computers (when previous guests hadn't logged off and we couldn't figure out how to get them off) or just because the computer was unfamiliar and not like our ones at home. They also assisted just making suggestions as to sights to see or scheduling the shuttle for us or answering questions about our bill. Will was extremely helpful locating an area drug store and arranging transportation to pick up a prescription that I was running out of due to the cancelled flights and extended stay. Any time we needed to ask a question or ask for help, we knew we could count on them. They made a stressful and potentially unpleasant experience so much better. Thank you Best Western Albuquerque staff! You are indeed the best! Kathleen Walsh

Property was clean and had a pleasing atmosphere. Restaurant had great Mexican food. Restaurant service was excellent. Rooms nice, clean but, bed was to soft for me. This was my first Best Western "Plus". Did not see that this facility was any better than the regular Best Westerns that I have stayed in.

Stayed there for two nights and was clearly satisfied with it!.Very close to many sightseeing places around the area! No regrets coming here, but know that because it's attached to a bar/grill, your complimentary breakfast will be in vouchers over there. I did have an experience where some of the cleaning staff didn't know much English, but luckily I have knowledge on Spanish to communicate my needs to them. I know for sure they have rides to the airport, and that the pool (including hot tub), is pretty average but nice! Parking was one of the good things we experience there, and they sure cover all the necessities a hotel should have!

Convenient location, close to Old Town. Hotel provided shuttle service to many near-by attractions, if they were a bit far from walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was dine-in, which was a welcome change from the usual buffet madness offered at most other hotels. We had lost one of our breakfast vouchers, and the desk clerk happily provided us with a replacement, no questions asked. Air conditioning was a bit quirky to figure out, and could have cooled a bit better, but still, we were very comfortable in our room.

Just off of I-40. Nice, quiet, clean modern rooms and bathrooms. Our spacious room on the 4th floor overlooking the pool had a fridge, a flat screen TV, and plenty of outlets to charge all our devices. The hotel is within walking distance of Old Town if the heat is tolerable (it was very nice during our end of July visit, but we're from Texas so 90 feels like paradise in July). The breakfast served in the hotel restaurant is good with very friendly service. We would certainly stay there again when we pass through Albuquerque.

Loved our stay in Albuquerque. We got in late, but had no trouble accessing our room. Breakfast in the attached restaurant was complimentary (with a coupon that came with our room keys) and wonderful; homemade, tasty, and filling. Made to order, not cold cereal and store bought muffin, as one normally sees in breakfast options. Jonathan, our server, was friendly and helpful. Comfy bed with plenty of pillows and great Southwest décor made for a comfortable stay. Bathroom was slightly small, but had everything one might need to shower (in case you forget your own supplies) and superb water pressure. Wish we could have stayed longer and excited to go back.

Great Hotel Staff We enjoyed our stay and was pleased with the friendly, helpful and caring staff members. I want to thank Kim at the lounge for the great service and making us all laugh. I also want to thank Jose with maintenance for being helpful and courteous. House keeping department is also courteous and helpful. They did a good job in keeping the hotel clean and presentable. Thank you guys for making it a great stay.

The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the gluten free breakfast options. That alone would make me want to choose Best Western over other motels!

This hotel was perfectly adequate for my needs, as I was attending a convention at a nearby hotel and could walk there. The local near Old Town is convenient. The rooms were spacious, the shower was hot enough, and the coffee in the room was good. What more could you ask for?

The staff at this hotel were very attentive and courteous. They were noticeably friendly and helpful. The overall accommodations were good value for your dollar. The rooms were very clean and in good order. There is a lovely small courtyard (with pool and hot-tub). I would recommend this hotel.

The beds were uncomfortable where I wasn't able to get a good nights rest. You could hear all of the highway noise, as well as all of the noise of anyone else walking around above you, and anyone walking down the hall. The bathroom also lacked a fan and for anyone who is or has dealt with someone who has bowel issues... you know that exhaust fan is necessary because lemme tell ya I filled that whole room up with what I did to that toilet and I felt terrible for my girlfriend because of that. That all being said it is in a great location, staff is awesome, and it has a nice fence around the parking lot but that did make getting back in later at night a bit of a trial too. All in all I would say to stay elsewhere for less with better experiences to be had.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We reserved a pet-friendly king room with an agent over the phone but were told on arrival only a double-queen was available. The beds seemed much smaller than queen beds and the bathroom was small. The trash cans outside were overflowing and although the hotel is pet-friendly there isn't a patch of grass anywhere for them to potty. The elevators are so small that the luggage carts barely fit. It's not a terrible hotel, but it is decorated with a Southwestern theme that we found horrifically ugly. There are other Best Western properties nearby so we would try those before staying at this one again.
