My wife is happy with her bed the owner called me & explained no beds have any straps that have ever been used. Initially a hospital bed with straps under the mattress was in detox but has been removed because of her & others anxiety issues. She didn't receive meds the first 24hrs due to her high blood alcohol level. She received the wrong med 1 time of another patient with a similar name and the wrong dose of her Seriquil (twice the amount). The med policy has been adjusted so that the patients self administer their own meds out of the package with supervision so the patient can read the dosage. In my opinion it's a good dual diagnosis facility for Alcoholics with Mental illness. She reports receiving softer foods she requested as she has no teeth. The staff addresses all our concerns. The family weekend program was worth attending.

JourneyPure At The River, and JourneyPure IOP Nashville literally saved my life. Both were unlike any other treatment program I had attempted in the past. These people sincerely care about what they do, and the people they are there to help. From the admission process, before I ever showed up at the River, to the financial dept, continuing care planner, recovery coaches, and their medical dept, these people are true professionals. My IOP experience has literally changed my life. My therapist, Doug, facilitated our groups in such a way that true emotional and spiritual healing started, and still continues. Lizzie and Sherry also helped at times with our groups, and are also wonderful at bringing about real change. If anyone is searching for a first shot at recovery, or just feel you need to try recovery again, look no further than JourneyPure. I promise you will not regret this blessing at a new way to live!

Best inpatient treatment I've been to. Great staff and good activities. Even went kayaking one day. Good recovery there, great people. Thanks Journey Pure!

I would highly recommend this treatment facility to anyone. They were very upfront about costs and insurance. The facility is very nice and on a beautiful piece of land with forest, horses and a river. The best part about this place hands down was the staff that really cares about their patients. The recovery coaches and therapists helped me get through the anxiety that comes with early recovery. I learned a lot about myself and about different tools I can use in sobriety. Big shout out to the aftercare coordinator who helped me get set up with a sober living program after treatment and still keeps in touch with me to this day.

As an industry professional JourneyPure has become one of my most trusted resources. Patient care and engagement are always top notch, and I know that I can always trust that the patient and their families will be in the best position to recover. Solid clinically, and more importantly these are good and genuinely caring people. I cannot recommend JourneyPure at the River enough for those struggling with addiction.
