Let me just speak from the heart for a moment. When I came to Phoenix House Austin I was a mid 20 something grad student who really just needed a job to get me through grad school. In my wildest dreams I would never have expected to still be here 7 years later. The work that we do, the lives I've seen saved and the supportive team I'm able to work with on a daily basis are the reasons I'm still here. If that sounds that the kind of environment you would like your patient or loved one to receive treatment in we would love to help.

Son was here for approximately 45 days and even though it was hard for me to leave him every time we visited, his spirit was shining brighter and brighter. I love that they give consequences and do not allow people to stay if they are not able to follow the rules. My son absolutely loved the food. That's all he talked about for weeks. The staff are wonderful and helpful through the process. They tell it how it is.
