This hospital provides excellent patient services throughout: from check-in/registration all the way through to discharge. Every point of contact is both caring and professional. They have a great team of volunteers as well. Like any hospital though, if you , or a loved one are a patient here, it is always recommended that a family member preferrably, or friend, stay apprised of the daily events and act as a personal advocate, if necessary. We've had 30 years of experience here: from child birth, to ER, to in-patient care. HEB Methodist provides consistent, dependable, quality health care service. Are they perfect? No, but they are definitely WELL above average.

Best hospital not only did I receive the best care possible but they care for you like your a human not just a number. Melissa on the 5th floor was the best nurse I had during my stay. She was amazing and the whole team was just outstanding. Thank you Harris Methodist and your team.

I spent a couple days on the 4th floor after the emergency room for internal bleeding around my stomach area last month. It was the most comfortable stay I ever experience in a hospital. The rooms were very nice and the nurses care exceptional, and to top it off the meals where great, nothing one would expect in a hospital. Thank you HEB!

I appreciate the kind, considerate, and observant African American RN who tended to my wife during our stay at this facility. She listened to her concerns; she did research on our questions; and she made sure she treated my wife on a holistic level. I recommend that when you go here, ask for Stephanie in the OBGYN ward. She made our experience here at HEB hospital pleasurable and serene. I will give this facility five stars when the facility is capable of cloning Stephanie.

I want to compliment the staff of doctors and nurses in the ER, Cardiac Step Down, ICU especially, and the Comfort Care departments that worked to try to save my husband's life in late December after a major cardiac event. The whole team was amazing. They tried everything they could to save him. The care was compassionate, efficient and concerned. They consulted with my husband and me every step of the way. Unfortunately my husband passed but not without a heroic effort of all staff to save him. Thank you. I also was allowed to stay with my husband in his room day and night. The nurses made sure I was comfortable.. This was time with him that I will always treasure.

A couple nights ago, I had extreme abdominal pain and knew something was wrong. My husband brought me to the ER where the staff there took care of me immediately and super quick. Turns out I needed to have my gallbladder removed, so I was admitted awaiting my surgery. Everyone was so nice and took the best care of me. From my main nurse Bishnu or her nickname B to the nurses who assisted my surgery and my amazing surgeon Dr. McKenzie, as well as Sally who ensured my vitals were good through out my visit as well as taking me downstairs where my husband picked me up. Everyone was just so wonderful. This was my first ever surgery and my first time ever being in a hospital and I couldn't have imagined it to have been any more comfortable. I hope I don't have to go through surgery again but if I had the same staff taking care of me, I would not mind. I don't know if anyone reads this from the hospital but if so, thank you for everything you have done and please know what you do everyday means a lot!
