Excellent care from the nurses on my floor. The doctors are kind and they take time to help. This was a great experience even though medically it was hard.

Can't say enough about the nursing staff at this hospital. They come to work with a smile on their face and 12 hrs. Later Leave with the same smile. That says something great is going on this hospital. Thank all the staff and doctors for the wonderful care they gave James Midkiff while he was a patient here. Pat midkiff

Stayed here four days while my wife recovered from surgery. We stayed in the Harmon wing and the staff are absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable, patient, accommodating and SUPER friendly. So thankful to have this location for my wifes recovery. The food was even really good! I was also fascinated by the photos in the hallway about the history of the Hospital. It has changed a lot since I was born here back in 1972!

I was there last night and my nurse named Tyler was so awesome!!! Perfect care that I needed. He gave my kids some little mini pillows and kept them comfortable as well as me and the Dr was just as great, I just can't remember his name but he was great!!! I hope my review reaches them because I would most definitely come back here for further care. The wait was pretty long but it was well worth it! Thank you so much!!!!😚😚😚💜💜💜💜💜

I recently had an experience that would have made me give this place a one Star. However, Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas is the best place I've been. I had all my kids there and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Nice staff and management

I needed to go to the ER. I couldn’t have asked for better care as soon as I walked in the door. Caspar checked me in quickly and handled all of the paperwork efficiently and very friendly. Aaron R was thoughtful enough to insert my IV needle where I could still read while waiting. Cynthia was a very kind, caring, and empathetic nurse that took care of my needs for most of the day. Dr Trejo managed to get me examined quickly and, after all of the tests, answered all of my questions. If you have to spend a day st the hospital, these are the type people you’d want caring for you!

Ira H. was quite helpful in admissions. We laughed and joked and he was super fast with my paper work. My main Nurse, Susie, is the truth. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, kind...etc. In fact all the service was professional. The hospital is clean the location is good. And the decorations are gorgeous. The view from my window was worth capturing. 2 thumbs up for everybody... especially floor #2

I can and will openly say I came to Dallas Presbyterian as an assault victim. They took such good care of me and we're incredible despite me crying on the way to the hospital from fear. I was nervous about the poor reviews, but they quickly calmed my nerves and my fears. I didn't have a single complaint about anyone there. I believe one of the nurses/doctors who made me feel awesome and at ease was a young woman named Allison. If you are a victim of any sort of assault, I can say from my own personal experience to highly consider going here. Thank you so much to Dallas Presbyterian staff for being so great!

Tom oyugi he is very helpful and good. Brooke Womack she greeted us with a smile and simplified our visit. Rinuy Abraham was very reassuring and passionate. Andrew Modica is day shift PCT was also compationate about our situation. Michel Niotis Night shift PCT was helpful good and supportive of the family. But the wait in the emergency was horrible and so was the customer service and the wait was just terribly long and awful .
