Someone very close to me received treatment from the Pheonix Recovery center. I had the most positive experience working with the program. I was amazed at the level of sincere care they offered to me and my family member. They genuinely care about each individual, and want them to succeed in their program. Their interest in each client demonstrated the level of time and attention as if it were their own family member. I will forever be grateful for the support and help they offered us and they hope they have given us.

I write this review as the sibling of a family member who received treatment from The Phoenix Recovery and Counseling Center. With substance abuse not being a direct part of my family's life until recently, we were hesitant on who to choose to assist our family member. We received a lengthy a list of options, but a recurring treatment recommendation with extremely high endorsements was Phoenix. Still cautious of entrusting our family member with their program we went through a thorough evaluation of as many aspects of treatment and questions to validate this was the right place for treatment. One constant my family all experienced was the substantial sincerity in their care and concern for our loved one who had not yet even begun treatment. All components of treatment, financial factors, visitation, short term planning, long term planning etc. were patiently conveyed to us until there were no questions and we had clarity to the path we were going to go down. One thing we appreciated was brutal honesty of the ups and downs we likely would experience on the road to recovery. While we hoped for a perfect recovery and something where there would not be bumps along the way, transparency to the realities we would likely face was valued and appreciated. Brining to scope the long term journey we were on, really helped set the proper expectations to support our loved one. When treatment began, our already high expectations were quickly exceeded with the execution of the treatment and Phoenix program. The staff were and have been nothing short of sensational. We are forever grateful and indebted to Phoenix for helping us navigate an unfamiliar situation with an empowering approach for all members of our family, but most importantly a family member who was in search of a path that would free them from the bonds of addiction. When writing this review, I was shocked to see a review under 5 stars, which is a single review. There are countless other patients and families that I have spoken with and reflect nothing but the same sentiment in my review.

I am proud to tell people I receive treatment from the Phoenix. I literally love everyone of the staff because they loved me first. The program helped me to understand myself. Why I was the way I was. This helped me have more compassion on myself to start the healing process. It really IS about healing. The Phoenix approach is extremely well rounded. I recommend a loved one and they are currently being treated. I know they are in the best place they could possibly be in. I LOVE the Phoenix. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Program takes more of a holistic and individual approach which benefited (and still does) myself. It is a bit on the experience side, but if you look at it as an investment in yourself it evens out (in my case a net gain).

The majority of my experience here was lifesaving and positive. Here's the thing about The Phoenix.. they have this amazing ability to hire people who are worth way more than what anyone could ever compensate them for. So many people in every capacity there loved me back to life. I had techs stay up for hours at night and talk me through things, even stay after their shift until they knew I would be alright. The women's program director Wendy went above beyond to help me and I love her for being there for me. So did Marc, the executive program director. Dustin, who makes treatment happen financially even when it seems impossible, drove miles to come find me and take me back to the house when I relapsed for a few days. My therapists helped me work through my core issues, I had several breakthroughs while working with them. The Phoenix even put me up in sober living so I could continue outpatient treatment when I left. I made a lot of close friends. The food was amazing and I loved our cooks- like other people who work there I became close to them. The house was safe and comfortable, the people there were the right amount of compassion and no bull. I am so grateful for the Phoenix family. I was an angry person and probably hard to deal with but they didn't ever give up on me. I would recommend this program to anyone who needs help!

The Phoenix RC is by far the most amazing, caring and helpful treatment center I've ever been to. They have helped me to completely change my entire life around and stay sober. Every member of the staff has given me support threw my journey and encourages me to make the best decisions for my life. I will forever be grateful for the opportunity I received to do treatment in this program. Never once have I ever felt like a client, we are a family. The Phoenix family!

I dropped my son off for treatment at Phoenix Recovery Center (which came highly recommended) on June 1st, with the hope that he would get the best shot at recovery. Phoenix offers much more intensive treatment than any other treatment center available. As a parent in recovery I know that it is totally up to him to stay clean & sober but I also believe that this was the best place to help give him that extra boost into recovery. I was encouraged to attend family group which mind you I didn't think I needed. I have been attending family group since the day I dropped him off and have been amazed at how much I have learned and how much I still have to learn for my own growth and also my interactions with my son. The staff at Phoenix are professional, knowledgeable and loving. I'm truly grateful for all that has been given to our family with the services they provide as we continue to learn and grow together.

It's been almost two years now since the Phoenix gave me my son back. We were running out of help and hope. We had resigned ourselves to the fact he would go back to jail again or end up dead, when his probation officer recommended The Phoenix. Jake (the owner) worked with us getting him started ASAP even though we didn't have the insurance in place yet. He was helpful, caring and hopeful. Hope was a precious thing. For the first time in several years we slept well knowing our son was safe and being given a second chance....which turned into a third chance before our son was able to wrestle his demons and win. He was able to climb out of the deep hole he'd dug for himself with the help of caring therapists and staff who jumped down in that hole with him and helped pull him out. Our son reminds us frequently that he will always be an addict and that he has to be vigilant and watchful every day so he doesn't fall back into that dark hole again. The Phoenix gave him the tools he needed to take control and make that happen. They gave him the opportunity to give back to others who were looking for a way out as well and gave him a new sense of purpose and drive that gave me back the man I knew before the addiction. He is happy and healthy and the light is back in his eyes. He is my hero. As are each and every employee at The Phoenix, past and present, who helped return our son, brother, grandson, nephew and friend to the many people who love him! There are not enough words of gratitude.
