It isn't the worst place I've had to go because of being uninsured but it isn't the nicest customer service clinic either. So that said it's a 4 star in my opinion. Another person gave it one star because they don't know how to deal with city workers who get paid regardless if you like their tone of voice. But that being said yes the people on the call center connected to the phone number can be very rude.

My doctor is a nice lady. Everything is wonderful, accept for the time spent waiting to see the doctor. This has always been an issue, so I always try to get the first appointment available for whichever day I choose. The most recent appointment I had was in the morning, but it wasn't the first; waiting and seeing my doctor took a total of 2 hours, and I didn't spend more than 10 minutes with her. If the wait time was fixed, then it would be an awesome place.

Service was slow even with appointment. Doctor was unaware of requirements for various tests that added even more time to complete a simple physical.
