Great culture, great people who try to go the extra mile every time, in a super busy hospital that runs over capacity all the time.

I have had to bring my son to this ER a couple times, each time everyone was so caring and luckily there was not a long wait. The doctors were very nice and focused as well.

Came in on a Saturday night with my partner who had just broken his wrist. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It took almost no time until he was called into triage. After that the wait to actually be seen wasn't bad for how busy they were. The thing that really prompted me to write this review has been the response from the medical providers here at home (we are not from Washington). The hospital sent us home with paper and CD copies of the x-rays with instructions get it looked at asap so the bones don't heal wrong. They also advised it would probably need surgery. At urgent care at home the doctor was really impressed with the before and after x-rays and said the ER had done a great job resetting the bone. (My partner thinks the ER doctor did the resetting with guidance from an orthopedic specialist but not sure because he was unconscious at the time and I was in the waiting room.) Today we went to an orthopedic clinic to get the ball rolling on surgery. They took new x-rays and came back and said the ER did such an excellent job getting the bones aligned that it looks like surgery may not be needed. We have to go back in a week and if everything is still in place it will go straight to cast, no surgery or metal plates! So kudos to the docs and nurses on duty that night
