Experience
Gabrielle has a strong foundation in acute and rehabilitative nursing, including ventilator and tracheostomy management, respiratory and neurological assessments, wound care, IV therapy, and post-surgical recovery. Her experience across ICU, telemetry, medical-surgical, wound care, and rehabilitation settings enables her to effectively manage patients with complex co-occurring medical and psychiatric conditions.
Most recently serving as a Nurse Manager within a correctional facility, she oversaw nursing operations within a competency restoration program for individuals with severe psychiatric disabilities, many experiencing acute, untreated mental illness contributing to impaired judgment and legal involvement.
