Transition House
Overview
Transition House is a residential transitional center in Saint Cloud, Florida, that helps adult men and veterans stop using drugs and get ready for a life without crime and homelessness. The center provides a complete method to recovery, with a Coaching Program, an Intensive Outpatient Program, and treatment for people with more than one mental illness. These programs are made to help people who have more than one problem, like depression, anxiety disorders, and PTSD. Besides therapy, Transition House offers education and training to help people get jobs, as well as counseling and coaching. These services give residents the tools and support they need to start over.
