The different types of rehab programs available are medical detox, evidence-based therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy, medication‑assisted treatment (MAT), dual‑diagnosis treatment, and relapse prevention strategies.

The main difference between inpatient and outpatient rehab is the level of care and where the individual lives during treatment. In inpatient rehab individuals stay at the facility full-time and receive 24/7 medical supervision, daily therapy sessions, and a highly structured environment. Outpatient rehab, on the other hand, allows individuals to live at home while attending scheduled therapy sessions at a treatment center.



Luxury rehab is different because it combines high-end comfort with expert clinical care. Luxury rehabs provide amenities such as private rooms, chef-prepared meals, spa services, fitness centers, and holistic therapies like yoga, acupuncture, and animal-assisted programs. They offer greater staff-to-client ratios, highly personalized treatment plans, and added conveniences such as business centers and access to personal devices, all within a more private and serene environment.

Rehab costs between $5,000 and $45,000 for 30 days of treatment.
