At least nine hours of therapy are provided weekly as part of the intensive outpatient program (IOP), which focuses on relapse prevention and recovery skill development. After completing a primary treatment program and maintaining sobriety for at least 30 days, TCN's aftercare program offers continued education and support. Aftercare groups assist clients navigate life in recovery and broaden their support networks by building on the skills they gained in previous phases of treatment. 

Medicare, Medicaid, and other private insurance plans are accepted by TCN Behavioral Health. In addition, the organization provides uninsured patients with financial aid to help pay the cost of treatment.
