Phase two is an eight-week curriculum that explores relapse prevention strategies and methods. During phase three, the staff collaborates with clients to design a two-year aftercare program.

Aftercare for both inpatient and outpatient programs includes continuing therapy sessions on an outpatient basis. Aftercare planning connects clients to community resources that support recovery, such as 12-step meetings.
