The counselors provide one on one support, process groups, and opportunities to improve parenting skills, nutrition, and mental health all in a structured environment. You can even get peer support to help navigate daily life and access housing or other social services. I can't say enough about them! I've got nearly 6 years clean, sober, and even quit smoking! Eugene needs more Clinics in general but definitely more like Lane county and not other places in town. They helped me get back on my feet and get my life back together.
