About Treatment Center
At Recovery Help located in lovely Salt Lake City, Utah, we offer customized treatment plans tailored to fit the needs of our patients. Our drug and alcohol addiction treatment center uses a recovery model of care that is designed to treat all addictions, as well as underlying mental disorders. We aim to achieve one main goal in mind – to show addicts that they can truly live the life that they’ve always dreamed of, as long as they refrain from using drugs or alcohol. We offer Intensive outpatient treatment and Outpatient that are available to Adolescents, Adults and Seniors or older adults. Every person that participates in our treatment programs will gain the necessary tools and knowledge to develop their own coping skills. These coping skills are the essential component when learning to deal with regular life issues with turning to substance abuse as a means for a temporary escape. It’s up to our dedicated staff at Recovery Help to guide them towards this reality and show them how to achieve their goals. We will do everything in our power to help our patients recover from their addiction and achieve all of their goals, both during treatment and once treatment is over. We accept ATR Grants, Most Insurances and Most Out-of-Network and other insurances.

I was VERY VERY Frustrated to say the least by the time I was transferred to Bo my C.S Rep couldn't seem to find ANY of the info. that was needed to get anything accomplished... Bo was willing to go the extra mile for me and dig for what I needed and found it! Made my day!!! He was competent and very efficient. Thanks Bo! I'm very grateful to you! You were awesome.

I was just reading all the reviews before I made a call. I'd say 60% and the other bad. I was a little hesitant to call. But I did, I called right when they opened waited on hold off about 5 min, got a little frustrated, then tried again call was answered in about 1 min. Rep. Answered my call, pulled up the accounts for my wife's account, found the problem, gave me a solution, and helped me out with some fees. Quick, fast, respectulful, and friendly. Overall my call was like 3 min. Very nice!!

Great to work with. Even voluntarily offered to remove the fee. Can't get better than that! Well maybe if they would have brought me an ice cream cone it would have been a little better...but not much. ;)

Shannon promptly called me at 8:00 this morning in response to a frustrated email. She was awesome (polite, congenial, helpful). My issue was quickly resolved and later followed up with payment information letting me know how much my card was charged. She also provided me the registration code so that I will be able to access the site on my own. Thank you again for your help, Shannon!

My wallet was stolen along with the card on file that is to be billed for my VASA membership monthly. Drew was great and was able to change the card info to a new card and waived the additional fee for me after talking with his manager. Thanks for making this process easier for me & not making me jump through hoops to get that waived. Every dollar counts.

Coltyn was awesome and extremely helpful on the phone. I haven't ever had such great customer service over the phone because I always felt like they were not being very helpful and just didn't want to be on a call but I hung up with confidence that my issues were resolved and was asked about anything else I needed as well. It is people like this that make customer service great to work with when it is needed.

I just talked with "Mike" who was one of the most knowledgeable and helpful representatives I have ever worked with to resolve an issue. Our bank has just been bought and changed names with a new routing and transit number. My monthly draft needed new banking information and Mike took care of doing all updates to assure a smooth payment process for my membership. Mike is quite an asset to your company and defines "Customer Service" for "ALL" to follow. . . Such a PLEASURE, Mike! Thank you the "Beyond Exceptional" work you do! I was unable to continue my membership with the health club so I called this morning to cancel. The customer care worker was extremely helpful, answered the questions I had, was forthright with the fee required for cancelation and above all he was nice. Which is very rare - usually you get the strong arm to continue the membership - I did not receive that. I was impressed.
