I have had the unfortunate opportunity to do business with Knight Adjustment Bureau. With that being said, they have done everything they can to help me. I obviously am in a bit of a financial situation and when I was served papers I freaked out. I immediatley called (furious may I add) to figure this out. Deb was nothing but pleasant and went above and beyond to help me. I have had to call in multiple times and every time she was just as pleasant as the last. The only reason I am giving a 5 star review is because she has been so helpful.

I had an issue with billing. It took two daytime visits to the gym, followed by a call before it was fixed. The person I talked to on the phone was courteous and helpful. The solution was to add a Credit card. If that option was available when I signed up, it would have been helpful. If it was always available it should have been in the pull down menu.

I have had a wonderful experience with the customer service! I usually speak with Bonnie, who is always kind and very helpful! I give five stars, I have never had a bad experience with them! Always helpful!

I was fed up with trying to use Vasa's web site to cancel my wife's membership. I must've attempted the task at least 13 times. I got so frustrated I ALMOST cancelled my membership too. I received an email from Lara and responded by letting all my frustrations out about my experience. Within half hour she returned my email and handled my wife's cancellation no problem. I was extremely grateful for the speedy quick results. Very happy.

I was very surprised how helpful Paramount acceptance was. Lara, one of the customer service Representatives, was very helpful and responsive. She made all the difference in rectifying my situation in a very timely matter! woo hoo Thank you so much for helping me out I appreciate it so much! 🙂

Today I had to call in and cancel my personal training session, which I loved but I am going into a busy season of sports and something had to go. I spoke to Kylie at Paramount and she explained the process of how to cancel and walked me through the steps of doing so. She was a great help, and I super appreciated her kindness and patience!! So in the past there have been some employees that were not the best to work with. I feel like Paramount is making a complete 180 and focusing more on customer service. I was helped out by Ariel who explained the situation and laid it out in terms that I could understand! The little mishap was not with Paramount but the gym itself and I am glad I got a hold of Ariel to get everything taken care of! I see amazing customer service and great reviews for Paramount in the future!

Typically I am displeased with the service I have received from past years experience . This business will call constantly for a charge of less than $20.00 then continue to try your account until the payment with their added fees clears; even without speaking to you. The representative I spoke with today was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was on the phone for less than 3 minutes. He addressed my concerns, and took care of what needed to be done. I appreciate the service I received today. Hopefully this business can continue to create positive experiences.

Shannon was extremely helpful and made the process of cancelling my Gold's Gym membership incredibly simple. I am Active Duty military and received orders to move so I had to cancel my membership quick. She gave me all the information I needed to put in the email to request cancellation. She responded almost immediately saying my request was processed. Thank you Shannon!

I was VERY VERY Frustrated to say the least by the time I was transferred to Bo my C.S Rep couldn't seem to find ANY of the info. that was needed to get anything accomplished... Bo was willing to go the extra mile for me and dig for what I needed and found it! Made my day!!! He was competent and very efficient. Thanks Bo! I'm very grateful to you! You were awesome.

I was just reading all the reviews before I made a call. I'd say 60% and the other bad. I was a little hesitant to call. But I did, I called right when they opened waited on hold off about 5 min, got a little frustrated, then tried again call was answered in about 1 min. Rep. Answered my call, pulled up the accounts for my wife's account, found the problem, gave me a solution, and helped me out with some fees. Quick, fast, respectulful, and friendly. Overall my call was like 3 min. Very nice!!

Shannon promptly called me at 8:00 this morning in response to a frustrated email. She was awesome (polite, congenial, helpful). My issue was quickly resolved and later followed up with payment information letting me know how much my card was charged. She also provided me the registration code so that I will be able to access the site on my own. Thank you again for your help, Shannon!

I love Next Level! They genuinely care. I have gotten over 5 months with the aid of this program and going strong. The staff here is great. The receptionist is great. This is a strong program if you are looking for a way out of dissatisfying drug riddled life. They are also partnered with a Sober Home that is very conducive to recovery and includes a great community to help get you on your feet.

My wallet was stolen along with the card on file that is to be billed for my VASA membership monthly. Drew was great and was able to change the card info to a new card and waived the additional fee for me after talking with his manager. Thanks for making this process easier for me & not making me jump through hoops to get that waived. Every dollar counts.
