About Justin Taylor, MSW, LCSW, LCADC, CCS, CCTP
Justin’s career in behavioral health began as a crisis response worker in Camden County and the inner-city Philadelphia school system, where he witnessed firsthand the devastating effects of substance use on individuals and families. These early experiences fueled his commitment to dedicate his life to helping people overcome addiction and reclaim their lives.
With a master’s degree in social work and specialized training in addictions and trauma, Justin integrates evidence-based practices, trauma-focused interventions, and strong clinical leadership into his work. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, he brings both depth of expertise and a compassionate approach to treatment.
In addition to his direct clinical work, Justin is a Certified Clinical Supervisor who is passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of therapists. His goal is to foster compassionate, skilled professionals who can deliver the highest quality of care to those in need.
Outside of his professional life, Justin values time with his wife, Nichole, and their children, Jack and Kennedy. Together with their two rescue dogs, Leo and Linus, they enjoy outdoor adventures, time on the water, mountain getaways, and staying active as a family.

Justin has over 15 years of experience in clinical social work, behavioral health, and addiction services. He has served in leadership roles while also working directly with individuals and families in need.
