Transitional Living Center Recovery (TLCR) in Casa Grande, Arizona, is an outpatient addiction recovery center for adults specializing in dual diagnosis care and offering a comprehensive range of services, including intensive outpatient (IOP), outpatient, and aftercare programs. TLCR provides dedicated programs for young adults, seniors, military personnel, postpartum women, persons living with HIV/AIDS, hearing-impaired individuals, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Clients in the outpatient program can choose from a range of evidence-based therapeutic practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT).

TLCR promotes sustained sobriety through a comprehensive continuum of care customized to individual needs. Services may include peer coaching, career counseling, employment and housing assistance, vocational training, sober living referrals, mental health and social services referrals, and transitional support for clients entering community-based 12-step programs.
