My experience was as a homeowner near the recovery center. We were given a presentation that eased the minds of tbe homeowners who were concerned about whether there would be dangerous people there or if we needed to be concerned about increased drug traffic in the area. I have to say that there has been no problems for our neighborhood.

I am a psychologist and I wish that level of quality treatment was available for all my patients. It is comprehensive and compassionate and my client made great progress from dissociation and related drinking problems. This should not be a privilege, it should be the norm......

While at Sabino Recovery, I experience and received a life changing gift that will forever stay in my heart! From the compassionate staff that always have their arms extended to help, to the breathe taking astonishing desert views. Sabino Recovery is truly a place of healing. I learned not only that I could do recovery with a supportive community, but I also learned how to love MYSELF again and get through the day without numbing the feelings that I did not want to feel with a substance. I would strongly recommend this place for anyone that has gone through a trauma that they are struggling with. This is a wonderful place!

I have no doubts that this facility is amazing. However,I felt very mislead by the administrative/intake staff. To make a suggestion to the staff, I would phrase it " Our facility doesn't have the current staff to provide you the best care for your specific needs, may we recommend some others who do?" Instead of " You're not a good fit for us here." People looking for help while dealing with mental illness are very sensitive to rejection and that kind of response is counterintuitive of your facility's mission statement.
