Coras Wellness and Behavioral Health Reviews
I have been coming to Coras Wellness and Behavioral Therapy since it started as Connections’s going on 9 years now and I started with one of the most amazing counselors ever Rodrick A. And now I am with Ms Tashai and I have to say it has its ups and downs but it’s all in what you want out of life. I came here with the Soul Purpose to Change my life and to remain drug free and so far since April 22,2014 I haven’t used any Xanax,Crack,Cocaine,Heroin. I owe it all to 3 counselors who stuck by my side through a lot in the past 9 years. I enjoy the groups they have especially Ms Kat and Ms Tashai and Mr Rodrick’s as well I always learned something new about addiction or myself with connections and now Coras. This outpatient therapy is awesome. You get what you put into it. Remember it was my decision to take a hold of my life and do right by my daughter so every time I felt triggered or wanting to use I would think about My Bird 🦅 and by the time I was done thinking about where and who would be there for her if I screwed up and the feeling of wanting to use went away. I learned that in gone of the life skills groups !!! I’m telling you it is soooo much better than using and numbing everything !!! I believe in this program plus I believe in myself and that’s MOST IMPORTANT !!!
