White Sands Treatment Center

About Treatment Center

White Sands Treatment Center is a luxury residential treatment facility located in beautiful Fort Myers, Florida. Our accredited and multi-licensed inpatient rehabilitation center was built upon the mission to treat chronic addiction and progressive psychological disorders. The tranquil setting at White Sands creates a sanctuary that supports the recovery process and enhances physical and emotional well-being. Our facility is equipped with 9 custom 4-bedroom houses that oversee the beautiful tropical-style foregrounds, which are surrounded by tall palm trees, soothing water fountains, and cobblestone walking paths.

Our facility is a close-knit community located on 4 acres of land which provides plenty of room for the many restorative amenities that we offer. Self-fulfillment and relaxation can be attained by making use of our meditation garden, exercise and fitness center, swimming pool, and full-service spa where we apply therapeutic massage, chiropractic care, and acupuncture.

We believe that providing our patients with the exploration of healthy activities allows them to remain focused on their recovery and maintain a positive attitude. Patients are often able to find hobbies that they enjoy and use them to replace old negative addictive behaviors when transitioning back into their home life. Patients are encouraged to take advantage of the many healing therapies offered, which include, but not limited to yoga, meditation, beach group meetings, and artistic therapy.

The highly trained and combined efforts of our team of registered nurses, psychiatrists, psychologists, and addiction counselors at White Sands Treatment Center are our driving force in successfully treating alcohol addictions, drug addictions, substance abuse, and related psychiatric disorders.

Our recovery programs at White Sands are open to all adults over the age of 18 who meet the admission criteria. White Sands administers a careful evaluation to ensure a collective understanding of the patient in order to create a tailored treatment program. Our programs include medical detox, individual and group counseling, family therapy, dual diagnosis treatment, and many other alternative therapies. This place changed my life! They gave me all the tools I needed to make my life better. I highly recommend this place if you're serious about living your life sober

My experience at White Sands was remarkable. In all honesty it is the best treatment center I have been to accurately treating my substance abuse and occurring-disorder. I am not a first timer or third timer in recovery I say this only to qualify on my opinion and experience at White Sands Fort Myers. I feel very blessed to have been in the care of these wonderful people. I was a patient during Hurricane Irma and they took every precaution necessary to make me feel safe and truly cared about. The clinical director Lindsey even stated to me "You are our #1 priority". The owner and chief operators of this facility even stayed on property with us to ensure our safety. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat to any seeking SINCERE help with addiction and/or co-occurring disorders. My therapist who I am not sure if I can mention her name was incredible getting to the root of my problems and addressing them accurately with a detailed plan of action. This is not a one size fits all place. You are allowed to explore many avenues of recovery. Here is where I had my spiritual awakening. I am grateful, proud, and extremely happy to say I was a patient here.

When I went in to White Sands, I was lost and confused. I was at a point where I hit a wall and didn't know where to go in life. Every employee in white sands welcomed me with open arms even though I was being difficult. It took a few days for me to get into the swing of things but when I did, I was the happiest I had been in a long time. The groups they offer there are some of the best groups I've ever attended and brought out a lot of stuff that I had refused to address before or that I completely ignored. They helped me learn to address those problems in a healthy way that will keep me clean and sober. The doctors, the nurses, the therapists and the techs are all amazing and made my stay at White Sands a great experience. I would definitely recommend this place to the addict that feels lost, alone, or afraid. The atmosphere here will make you finally feel like you're not alone and you can live a life of happiness for the first time in your addiction.
