The care my husband recieved was great and we really appreciate it but we DO NOT appreciate Jennifer (floor 2 nurse, skinny, blackish/brown hair) flirting with a married man... my husband!! He asked for a smaller size hospital pants and she went as far as to pull her pants away from her body, wink and say "how do you think I feel when I have to wear them"? That's 1 example! My husband, I nor our family needs to put up with this! Otherwise care was great and everyone else was amazing!! My husband and I will be calling the supervisor when things in our life get back to normal and my husband is feeling better.

Love this hospital. I grew up going here and have always been treated so well. Even had my son there. I had a few ditzy nurses but loved my experience. The nurses checked on me multiple times after he was born and checked my stomach to make sure my uterus was doing what it was supposed to do.

I think what the general public does not realize is that small hospitals are only capable of doing so much, unfortunately. Also, every hospital has its pros and cons. In my 5 years working in EMS, in several different counties, i’ve seen a ton of different hospitals, ProMedica Monroe is pretty good for only being a small community hospital and level III trauma center. I’ve seen many critical patients (strokes, heart attacks, etc) handled efficently in the ER here. The nursing staff is phenomenal and MD’s are knowledgable in my opinion. If they get something major that they know needs a higher level of care, they will not hesitate to transfer out to a bigger hospital; they’re good at doing whats best for the patient. Now even though PMRH is not my first choice (i don’t live in Monroe), it’s nice to know if something was to happen to me at work i’d receive good care here.

Dr. Blair was awesome. Some of these reviews make me laugh. People going into the E.R. for next to nothing and writing one star reviews because nobody takes them seriously is the highlight of this page 😂. Think some people need to realize that if you go into the E.R. without a medical emergency then the world isn't going to revolve around you.
