The center puts a lot of weight on a spiritually-based 12-step approach to treatment and offers a variety of psychological services to help each client on their way to recovery. Some of these services are one-on-one counseling, group therapy, and making personalized treatment plans for each client based on their wants and goals. Through regular house meetings and therapeutic exercise and leisure activities, Rewind also builds a sense of community and support and helps people heal on a whole level.
Rewind offers a wide range of therapeutic services as well as other health and medical services to make sure its clients are healthy all around. Relapse prevention is a big part of the center's method. It's built into every part of treatment to help clients become stronger and stay sober for a long time.
