Rewind

Rewind is an alcohol and drug treatment center in Perham, Minnesota, that helps people ages 18 and up with all of their needs. The center provides both inpatient and outpatient services that are customized to meet the specific needs of each person. Rewind has two residential treatment programs for men and women that are meant to help people get better in a focused and supportive setting. 
 The center puts a lot of weight on a spiritually-based 12-step approach to treatment and offers a variety of psychological services to help each client on their way to recovery. Some of these services are one-on-one counseling, group therapy, and making personalized treatment plans for each client based on their wants and goals. Through regular house meetings and therapeutic exercise and leisure activities, Rewind also builds a sense of community and support and helps people heal on a whole level. 
 Rewind offers a wide range of therapeutic services as well as other health and medical services to make sure its clients are healthy all around. Relapse prevention is a big part of the center's method. It's built into every part of treatment to help clients become stronger and stay sober for a long time. Cognitive treatment can also help people change their unhealthy ways of thinking and coping, which will help them get better even more.
