Before founding Valley Spring, Brian held executive roles in multiple treatment centers, specializing in market development, payor relations, and program development.

An active member of the Bergen County community, Brian serves on the board of Alumni in Recovery and frequently speaks at local high schools, sharing his personal recovery journey to educate and inspire students on the challenges of addiction and the possibilities of recovery.

In recognition of his significant contributions to addiction recovery, Brian was named Businessman of the Year by the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence (NCADD).
