Concurrently, clients engage in initial counseling sessions to facilitate their transition into either inpatient or outpatient treatment settings.

The long-term inpatient program at Maryville’s Post House accommodates up to 40 men, offering comprehensive individual and group counseling, holistic therapies, and peer support initiatives. 

Program components include enrollment in 12 Step programs, training in coping strategies and emotional wellness, health education classes, and workshops focused on relapse prevention. Ongoing medication management and round-the-clock supervision ensure continuous support and safety.

Following completion of the program, all alumni receive ongoing care and support from Maryville’s Post House, including referrals to coed outpatient programs or external facilities as needed.
