I love CTC, everybody there has ALWAYS been very polite and professional. NOT the "stiff" type of employees They are all very laid back and treat my family like "FAMILY". My husband was one of the first patients when he started at CTC, and after being on pain med's for years and HERoin my body needed a break so I became a patient as well about 1 1/2 years ago. I left the area about 7 months ago, and just got back home a couple weeks ago. That's why I'm on here today, to look at CTC's website and I'm considering coming back to CTC due to some issues I'm having. I started going to a Psychiatrist at the age of 8 years old along with Therapist, and Psychologist. From NC to Florida, I really feel that in order for a person to "open up" there has to be a level of comfort with the "Professional" over ALL the years of therapy I have received and I have had MANY Therapist and multiple "kinds" of Therapy at one point after a very traumatic event in my life for a while I had a Private Therapist that came to my house everyday for a few months with that being said I should have been more comfortable in my OWN house... The reason I'm saying all of this (and putting myself out there) is because I honestly feel the upmost comfort with my Therapist at CTC she is "The BEST"!!! I love talking to her and she gives me wonderful feed back I trust her and think the world of her. I always enjoyed meeting with her and I never felt uncomfortable from day 1. I can NOT say this about very many people I have seen over the last 37 years as matter of fact I feel that I can honestly say SHE is my FAVORITE Therapist/Counselor I have EVER had in my life. I am familiar with most of the Staff at CTC to include Brandon at the front that is so nice and always "COOL" to us he cares enough to memorize most everybody's number AMAZING !The Nursing staff is WONDERFUL they are the friendliest and CARING group of Ladies all the time Then there is Amy Gardner all I can say is AWESOME she is so helpful and all the Counselors/Therapy Staff I do not know them all though the ones I am familiar with like Brian, Bert, and of course Selina I have never seen or heard of any of them be rude, inconsiderate, or Judge anybody. In this day and time that's RARE... I am shocked at the reviews I have read, and these people blow my mind about the statements that have been made They are not professional and do not CARE if you want to see unprofessional and COLD people that only care about the money they are there for I can give you a LIST of places to go and these are some of the "ELITE" clinics that cost a HELL of a lot more than CTC where they walk around with their nose so high in the air and seem as if they could care less if you slit your wrist, blew your brains out, or OVER DOSED in the waiting room. And WAITING I have been to TOP Doctors and had to sit for 3 hours for Suboxone and/or Methadone You know what personally I feel some of you need to "RE+EVALUATE" yourself because there are some real FUCKED up clinics and CTC is FAR from that obviously you have not been to "ENOUGH" places in life and/or your life did not take you far down or around :) take it anyway you want but when I have to find the "littlest" petty s#*t like I had to wait 1 hour to get MEDICATION that can SAVE MY LIFE ! So please next time you want to complain and POINT your finger go look real deep in the MIRROR because you have 3 more fingers pointing back at YOU and ask yourself is it them or ME... WOW I hope you live to find what I see LIFE !!! P.S. You want to talk about a place that SETs their own RULES and change them every 5 minutes and DO NOT TELL YOU ...PRISON now that's a "GREAT PLACE" maybe some of you would like that, keep COMPLAINING :) you will ! LOL I know I use to be like you

The staff and level of care exceptional. Group meetings 5/6 days a week with a variety of topics ranging from arts and grafts to relapse prevention. By far the best maintance program in town. The wait time even during peak times is still faster than than pcp, emergancy room or the illegal way...think about it. Wish rates are cheaper but your paying for more than just Rx.

I have been coming here for awhile now. Over a year. People complain about wait times when it's actually really not that bad. Yes sometimes there is a line out the door. Especially if you get there when they open. But everyone has to get to work. And they go as fast as they can. And you have to realize that every day there is more ppl coming there. The rate if people coming in is way higher than those leaving the program. It's not just a place to get your medicine. It's a place where you can join groups and discuss problems or Anything else. All I hear is ppl complaining about wait times. In all my time there I have never waited more than an hour. And that was the worste day. But usually 20 mins. 30 tops if it's super busy. Honestly I think you can wait a little for this miracle drug. Quit complaining. CTC is run by nice individuals who go as fast as they can.
