An entrepreneur from a very young age, Adam Weil embodies the enterprising spirit. His tenacity and efficiency have served him well in his many business endeavors. Adam started one of the first online marketing firms, Unreal Marketing, in 1998. Unreal recognized rapid success and growth, with a client roster that included roughly 20 fortune 500 brands. Unreal grew from a 2 person operation to a 70 person agency with offices across 3 states.
 
 In 2003, Adam cofounded DMi Partners. DMi Partners is an Interactive Marketing Company that delivers marketing success through the development and implementation of performance marketing programs. From accredited online colleges to financial service firms, clients have entrusted DMi Partners with their brands for more than a decade. DMi Partners' flexible approach and expansive reach increases the productivity of digital marketing programs, drives growth, and builds bottom lines. DMi experienced tremendous growth, expanding into 2 states, and has nearly 100 employees. Adam helped to establish multiple revenue channels for the company and seek new opportunities for company and client growth.
 
 In 2021, and cofounded James Ryder Interactive, where he currently serves as CRO. James Ryder Interactive ( JRI), is a digital marketing agency focused on the Mass Tort Market. JRi has helped thousands of individuals and family members who have been injured or lost their lives due to neglect from product manufactures, find representation, and ultimately get compensated for their damages.
 
 Specialties include: Online lead generation, direct response advertising, cost per call.

As a Client Partnership & Engagement Lead, I specialize in cultivating and managing long-term client relationships, aligning strategic business objectives with actionable solutions. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and maximizing value for clients, I work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and continuous engagement.
 
 I’m passionate about driving client success through a collaborative approach, blending industry knowledge with a deep understanding of client needs to deliver tailored solutions. My experience spans across strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring every partnership is not only maintained but strengthened for long-term success.

As an Editorial and Provider Quality Assurance professional, my role focuses on ensuring the quality, accuracy, and consistency of content related to healthcare providers and medical services. I work to maintain high editorial standards while overseeing the verification of provider information and ensuring that all materials meet both regulatory and organizational guidelines.

I’m deeply passionate about editing, storytelling, and the creative process as a whole. I love shaping raw ideas into powerful narratives, whether through video, writing, or visual media. For me, editing isn’t just about cutting and arranging — it’s about finding the emotional core of a story and bringing it to life. Creating allows me to express ideas, connect with others, and build something meaningful from a spark of inspiration.

I develop and manage outreach strategies that raise awareness around addiction treatment, engage communities with compassion, and help people find the care they need.
