MTR was astonishing. In a situation where so much is uncertain and so many questions have no answers, MTR and the incredible staff there provided warmth, concern, experience, hope, and a little bit of piece of mind. I can't recommend them enough. When a loved one is struggling, whole families struggle and when that family member begins to see recovery and health, so does that family. THANK YOU MTR!!!

This place is amazing and has changed the life of so many people for the better. There program is tailored to each person and they try to accommodate to each persons personal objectives but also provides the treatment that they need to return back to their normal lives. My wife has found a better life through MTR and I would recommend ANYONE who needs help to give them a call as soon as possible.

This is the only rehab I will ever recommend to anyone! This place is run and employed by people who only want your recovery and to help you find happiness within yourself. It's not all about your money here like all the other places I've tried to go. I was suicidal, didn't have insurance, had no money and was about to be homeless and they worked with my family and I to figure all that out when we could. MTR just knew from my family where I was with everything and told my family to just get me in. THEY HAVE SAVED MY LIFE!! I have the utmost respect and admiration to all the staff and feel like I can never return to them all they have done for me. I finally feel like a real man again thanks to the counselors and staff for showing me how to live and the tools I needed to live a wholesome sober life. If you have read this far and you are someone or you are trying to find help for someone then I implore you to call MTR and get the help you need as soon as possible!! The staff alone is worth the time needed to get sober and truly feel better from within, but you also get the best living situation you can ask for. Clients stay in houses that normal people would call mansions located in peaceful wooded neighborhoods. You can have your phone after a time to use whenever you like too. I know most places this isn't allowed and I know being able to stay up with my personal business was a plus. There is NO way to convey how important and needed MTR is and wish all rehabs were run this way. I honestly feel no other rehab could have helped me this much. Most just get you sober and ways to stay sober but here you are taught how to deal with everything else with life, not just being sober. In fact I am still in contact with the counselors even tho I've finished the actual treatment to help me through issues in my life. You really don't need to look farther for help! Just go ahead and call MTR. Get all the help you are looking for ASAP!!

MTR saved my life. I’m in the medical field, but rarely have I encountered the compassion and will to help like I have here. Everyone there is filled with the heart to love and serve, and make it very clear they are available anytime even after treatment. Absolutely love them

MTR helped me with something that I could not do by myself. Everywhere I went before said the same thing “do the work.” At MTR it’s the same, except they show you what that means. They met me where I was, and the showed me how and walk through that process. It’s not easy, a lot of it’s not fun, but there is not one second where I regret going to MTR. They showed me how to live past my addiction, not live in fear of it. That life is good, people are good, and that there really is a light at the end of the tunnel. Even if it’s a long tunnel. They do this work because they are called to it, with not other motivation behind it. They are really good at it too. I owe where I am today and how I live my life to MTR.

I love this program... Let me start by saying that sobriety is awesome and More Than Rehab taught me how to do it. My family and I are forever thankful. I love my mom and she has her son back. Their treatment made me who I am today. People in this area need to know about this program, I’m a proud recovered addict, ask me anything! I was skeptical at first. I’d been to treatment before and could only ever put together a few weeks or months of sobriety. Meetings were not enough. Counseling was not enough. I needed... more. Here I found more than some counselor telling me to just quit drinking and drugging. I found a program with levels of care and dimensions to the recovery process. I found fun. We all lived together in a lovely home, we cooked together, exercised at D-1 together, did yoga, we ministered to each other and accepted each other. We went to movies on the weekends and had a ton of bro-time. There are girls too in the program and I learned to respect women here. I found a variety of people at MTR Treatment. Some shared my religious views, some didn’t. Some were rich, others poor. We were all brought together by our common foe: addiction. MTR makes the program so that anyone can do it. You don’t have to be a Christian to get sober, or love yoga, or whatever. However, the I really loved the faith based Bible-study you could participate in and the pastor at MTR that helped me out a lot. There is a ton of stuff to do here and the staff is amazing! My counselors Vincent and Michael are still people I talk to today. A year ago, I was not a good citizen. I drank, I drugged, I stole and I lied. My existence was a sham. If anyone could have peered into me and seen the disarray, they would wonder at me and ask, “How can there be any hope for this person?” I was sick. More Than Rehab saw a sick person, not a wretch. They saw someone suffering from the disease of addiction and claimed they could help. And here I am. Highly recommend, five stars and a huge thank you from my family and I!!!

WOW, where to start!! I gave MTR 5 stars because there wasn't 10. Being a severe alcoholic for over 30 years, prison sentences, state funded rehab, family issues, employment etc etc. MTR stands true to its name: MORE THAN REHAB. I Have been to 8 previous rehabs in the past with most of them I never completed. So of course I was leery of any program. All of the previous programs promise you the world but as soon as they get your money, the caring stops. At MTR, I had non- stop one on one counseling, Dr appointments, groups, relapse prevention, weekend outings and a VERY caring staff. Each staff member had a slightly different approach depending on the client. It is truly an individualized treatment program. This is why I truly believe MTR saved my life. Thanks MTR

Situated in College Station, Texas, More Than Rehab has treatment options for those who are seeking help for drug and alcohol addiction.
Addiction is a progressive disease of the mind that will continue to get worse with time if it goes untreated. It will continue to worsen without the help of a recovery program. It’s important that those who are addicted to drugs and alcohol seek the help of More Than Rehab in order to regain the life that has become lost to addiction.
Through a thorough patient evaluation, addicts who attend treatment at More Than Rehab can get a personalized treatment plan made. The assessment is intended to depict the severity of the addiction as well as to learn more about the individual themselves. This way, a comprehensive treatment program can be put in place in order to reap the desired result; that being long-lasting abstinence from drugs and alcohol.
Throughout the patient’s time in treatment at More Than Rehab, the addict will learn new vital coping mechanisms and trigger management skills. These will help the addict adapt to a new life that is free of substance abuse when they reenter society. Since many addicts relapse, it is inherently important that they avoid certain settings or social circles that will pressure them to use.
At More Than Rehab, we believe that all addicts have the courage within to overcome their drug and alcohol addiction. Through the constant support of counselors and professional advisors working with addict’s daily, recovery is possible. Despite how long one has been an addict for, recovery is still absolutely attainable. Treatment is not a one-size-fits-all approach and at More Than Rehab, treating each patient with individuality is of utmost importance.
Breaking the vicious cycle of addiction is tough, but with professional counselors and effective treatment options in place, sobriety is closer than it seems. When the final level of sustained sobriety is reached, a feeling of contentment will ensue and this is something to be extremely proud of.
