I'm seeing a gender therapist there and I find the majority of the staff are respectful and open minded I would rate 5 but for the prescribers

I've been a client at AHP for years and I'm extremely happy there! AHP's team are compassionate and really care for people. I feel really thankful for my Therapist and my Psychiatrist, they're awesome!

I have been benefiting from therapy here since the time before the name change from "AHP" (AIDS Health Project). The people are great, friendly.

I have had a great experience here for the most part. The psychiatric services are great, and it's the first time I've started to feel a positive change in my overall mental health. I only give them a 4 star rating because of the time you have to wait for therapy services. Other than that my experience with therapy has also been great. UCSF is offering a fantastic service to the LGBTQQ and HIV communities.

They're polite if you belong to the standard mold, therapy team listens then reinforces the isolation issues I have already by ensuring my continuing isolation.
