Luxury Rehab Centers

Spend any time looking at the news or reading about celebrities and you will probably run into stories of famous people entering a luxury drug rehab in search of addiction recovery. These high-end treatment facilities offer many amenities in addition to what you might find at an ordinary center for drug addiction treatment. If you are looking into drug addiction treatment, you might even consider a luxury rehab center for yourself. Knowing what is offered at these rehabilitation centers can help you make the decision as to whether one of them is the right option for your needs.

Like other drug rehabilitation centers, luxury rehab centers combine medical supervision with addiction counseling to help people attain a successful recovery from addiction. You can find luxury drug rehabs that offer programs that last from a few weeks to much longer than that, just as you might find at other treatment facilities. What separates luxury drug rehabilitation centers from other drug rehab programs are the extras available with a higher-end, luxury rehab. For example, many luxury rehabs feature amenities you might also find at a spa. It would not be uncommon, for example, to be able to visit a masseuse for a massage during your stay at a luxury facility for drug addiction treatment. Swimming pools, hot tubs, gourmet food, and other options are often available alongside traditional and alternative rehab programs at an inpatient luxury center.

The Cost Difference

As you might expect from the extra amenities offered at luxury drug rehabs, the cost of luxury rehabilitation tends to be much greater than for non-luxury care. You are paying for the nonessentials that make luxury drug treatment more comfortable since you can get the same kind of individualized addiction care at a non-luxury center that you get in luxury rehab. For that reason, luxury drug rehab is out of the reach of many people. However, it is worth noting that some private insurance plans will cover at least part of the treatment cost at luxury rehab centers.
