I have worked here for just over a month, and I could not possibly be happier. The first time I walked into Encore, I could feel how passionate everyone was to be doing what they do. I never felt like there was a transitionary period for me as a staff member - everyone was so welcoming and made me feel immediately like I was already a part of the family. The range of services offered here is astounding - it's apparent that they believe a person is more than their diagnosis or their struggles. Everyone here is part of a team, and we all put in our expertise to create something all-encompassing to benefit the clients we serve. The vision to really do good for this community, which was dreamt by Chris, is a shared vision that is apparent in the entire leadership team and translates to every staff person who has come on board since then. I'm proud to be part of that family and feel like I'm truly making a difference in the lives of people who need a place like Encore.
