I completed this program a few yeaes ago! Then the staff was great with the owner Mary. I went back 2 years after I was eligible to get paperwork from the state. They really care about each individual. They are a busy family owned type company. Be patient & go there with time on your hands to take care of paperwork.

The front desk is very friendly. Leslie, is very passionate about her work and is always quick with offering help in anyway she can. The counselors there are great with one exception, Denese. Denese is a bit racist when it comes to her views, and pushes her Native American agenda in every class I’ve had with her. Her antics shouldn’t detour you, however. The rest of the staff is experienced and really care about the well being of their clients. For example Nick P., one of the counselors, brings in his own lesson plans that he teaches alongside with the classes’ book and criteria. Nick would even stay after class to discuss any matters that I was experiencing, early in my recovery. Free coffee! Free Oreos! Free fruit! Free pretzels! With my treatment coming to an end after a year of attending weekly, I recognize this facility as one that truly cares and will go the extra mile for their clients! Thank you!

I must admit when I first walked through the doors of Broadway counseling center, I was very angry, confused, and scared. It took a couple of education classes for me to really begin to feel comfortable with the staff, likely only because of my reservations. The staff here are so compassionate that it made this horrible experience better. They were always very attentive to clients' needs, whether that be flexibility with your schedule, ensuring to get documents to your attorney, or just being a shoulder to cry on. This is an outstanding organization and I highly recommend using this counseling/ education service, especially if faced with a DUI charge. Thank you for making the horror of the scenario just a little bit easier to deal with!
