This review is for my expirience of calling to try and admit myself to their rehab. I called Sunday evening and went thru their screening process which was very thorough. The people at their call center are very nice and helpful. They had no room available at their Devon location so they asked me about going to their Maryland location with transport provided. Then I went on a binge and didn't call them or talk to them until Thursday. They called and texted often after Sunday to check in on me and are still waiting for me to call back. I'm gonna go tomorrow so I'll update this review post treatment.

RCA saved my life! This place was the most welcoming and genuine place I have ever been to and unfortunately I have been in many facilities. From the RSS’s to the kitchen staff to the nurses, every single person was amazing! Most of all from my experience the one on one therapy with the unbelievable staff of therapists RCA has was literally life changing! I am taking what they all have taught me and moving forward with my life. If your reading this and you are struggling or contemplating treatment.....don’t waste another minute playing with this addiction.....call RCA and they will pick you up TODAY! God bless you RCA....you have changed my life!

This place has truly saved my life. I came here completely broken. Every single staff member took the time to help me whenever I needed it. Michael is an amazing therapist. I was dealing with a lot of physical issues when I got here. I messed my leg up due to a heroin overdose. All of my medical needs were met. My second day here I had to go to the hospital because of my leg. I went outside to smoke, thinking the worse about my situation. Kelsey and Ashley sat outside with me calming me down. That was the hope shot I needed to continue my treatment. I will forever be grateful for this place.

RCA has been one of the most accommodating treatment centers. Very focused on personal recovery and building a successful foundation for life outside of a facility.

Couldn’t be more thankful for a tremendous staff that truly care about every patient. It’s because of them and their knowledge and support that my recovery was made possible. The facility is beautiful as well!

I was here for a clinical experience for nursing school. Absolutely beautiful facility and very dedicated staff. The main complaint for clients there was that the focus groups held were not always the most helpful or entertaining. The staff was aware of this issue and it was impressive to see them work together to figure out how to correct the problem. I would highly recommend this facility. It was a pleasure to get to see it for a day.

Overall good experience, great staff and food. Some things need to be ironed out here as far as organization and staff training. This is not a place just for professionals and business people and had an element of immature with many of the community members. First and last rehab for me....

This facility is located in a beautiful setting on the water. The staff especially Michael, primary therapist exceeded my expectations. My loved one was in his class every day. Alvin, Albert, Sarah, and Herb were also great. Their genuine concern is greatly appreciated. The kitchen staff and everyone else were helpful and courteous.

I was fortunate enough to have RCA Bracebridge as my first, and LAST, recovery. The experience for anyone is that you get out of it what you put into it, and I endeavored to take full advantage of the guidance, encouragement and services that were offered, through putting in the attendance, making contributions when possible, and the independent work through reading and writing during downtime. It helps not being a smoker, which allowed some time to attend to the mental work, which adds up. Demographically speaking, I believe this facility would be better suited for an older vs. younger population; there were gaps in maturity and attitudes in the serious nature of this process, with several indicating their number of stints and tales of life out in the 'world,' which could become competitive, instructive, and possibly contribute to the relapses of which they spoke. Alas, there were animal kingdom-like behaviors exhibited by the younger male vs. female population. The staff is excellent for those who take the program seriously, but my life experience and multi-cultural relationships contributed to how well I fared here; I wonder seriously how well others who look like me, with all the cultural biases that come with it, would do in the same place...I can only conclude that the sisters out there are in an underserved market that could be attributed to societal obstacles and perceptions. But overall, this has been a fantastic, life-changing experience--the Lord has truly answered my prayers. ("The Lord may not come when you call Him, but He always shows up on time.")

My time here I've never had the hospitality and felt more safe to heal. This is an amazing place. Upon coming to this treatment I was afraid. They made me feel welcome. The nursing staff was very professional. The RSS' were very personable and very professional. Whenever there was an incident it was handled accordingly. I rate this center a 5 star treatment center. Upon discharge I feel spiritually, emotionally, and physically fit.
