About Treatment Center

Life Changes Group, is a multi-licensed addiction treatment facility located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Our facility offers a relaxing environment for the patient so that they can not only focus on their recovery, but also enjoy it. At Life Changes Group, we understand that change can seem like a scary thing, especially for newly recovering addicts. The changes that they will make here will be for the better, and in many cases, may even save their lives. We specialize in Obsessive-Compulsive (OCD). We believe in treating all addictions, as well as underlying psychological disorders that may have contributed to the birth of the addiction. Our addiction treatment services are available to Adolescents, Adults and Seniors or older adults and we accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna as well as many others. We strive to show our patients that they can live a life filled with happiness and fulfilment without the use of drugs or alcohol. We make it a goal to provide our patients with the tools necessary to cope with their newfound life of sobriety. We never know what life will throw at us, and it is up to the patient to deal with any given situation without resorting to substance abuse. Our treatment center has Wheelchair Access for the convenience of the patient. With the right treatment plan in place, the patient can make a remarkable recovery.

I have been a patient here for years, and I can honestly say that I have only had great experiences in dealing with Dr. Goldberg and his clinicians. Everyone is professional, friendly, and approachable. Dr. Goldberg has a genuine sense of empathy; he has always made me feel comfortable to open up and in turn I have experienced nothing but support. I have been to other clinicians before, but I never felt like I was dealing with someone who was genuinely listening. Here, every clinician I have seen has worked with me to develop coping mechanisms for anxiety through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This empathy coupled with such professionalism is the reason I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
