Columbus Springs East is a really good place to seek help if you are going though withdraw or mental health issues. The Staff and Therapist are awesome at what they do. I stayed for a week and got the help I needed.

The Dublin Springs Hospital was a God-sent for our family when our relative was struggling! The psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors, nurse practitioners, and nurses were all knowledge and professional, yet warm and encouraging. They listened to our family's concerns, explained our relative's condition clearly, and kept us updated throughout his week-long stay. He went into Dublin Springs refusing to recognize that he had a problem and left feeling motivated and prepared to change. Thank you, Dublin Springs staff, you have been absolute lifesavers!

I came here as a last hope, and they showed me how much life is worth living. I owe my continual success and my life to Columbus Springs Dublin. When you walk in you are greeted by the most amazing woman ever to walk this earth, Lorena, and her laugh and smile makes your day a little less painful then it was as obviously you're at a hospital. After filling out paperwork, you're taken back for a lengthy assessment to determine what treatment is right for you. The professionals decided I needed to go inpatient. I was inpatient for 6 days and my experience was nothing short of a miracle. Group therapy works wonders for me as I have always known and the facility thrives on the group environment. All of the staff was incredible and amazing. I did not do the outpatient programs as I did not have time, but I did join the Alumni group and that has again changed my life. Now, I return as a volunteer to give back and show other people that life is worth living. I would only recommend this facility to anyone who needed to be hospitalized for psychiatric reasons.

Kind and caring staff. Very helpful and observant during down times. They take time to listen to your concerns regardless of how petty they seem. I was made to feel comfortable, safe and at home as soon as I walked in the door.

Coming to any sort of facility is hard. I am so glad I chose Columbus Springs East. The staff care and they are compassionate, you become like a temporary family. The food is way better than expected and most of all they listen and work to meet your needs.

Extremely helpful with mental wellness. I came in not expecting to care or try, but the staff, including Carrie the social worker were extremely helpful and caring. The groups were informative and powerful and will stick with me even outside of these walls. It was an eye opening experience with great staff to lead me in a better direction.

The only psych inpatient hospital I've been to that actually even /tried/ to be at all holistic on its approach to healing/recovery (did art therapy, activities therapy, and music therapy). Kindest and most coherent staff by far that I've seen. Actually let you do things that might be helpful to you, like use the treadmills and go outside and have a proper decent shower. They even let me have my headphones, I jut had to turn it back in at the end of the day. (Pretty sure people giving this place bad reviews have never been to a "normal" inpatient psych ward, because by comparison, Dublin Springs in an absolute DREAM.)

Please just understand what you are getting into. This is a great facility for people that are in an acute crisis but for anyone on the fence or unsure if they really need to stay here, I say give it some more thought. Even though they gave me paperwork to fill out, I didn't read the part where you are literally giving up everything, your belongings, your cell phone, even a bottle of multivitamins was taken from me. For me, I was depressed but just didn't realize the extent of giving up my rights. I am now in out patient therapy which just suits me better. There were some wonderful friends I met while I was there. Some of the nurses and helpers are nice but many have rough edges which makes it hard to have compassion on the patients. I was hoping for more one on one counseling but it's mainly group settings. I felt overall that it was business first, compassion later or not really at all with some of the staff. I think it would be far greater if the staff was super compassionate and there was a lot of one on one time with patients really listening to them and what got them there in the first place. Medication is helpful but compassion is absolutely vital.

Thank you to Heather & Meatball for everything you did- it made my stay at Columbus Springs Dublin a little bit better and meatball brought a lot of sunshine into my life. Keep up the good work! I couldn't wait to see meatball every morning that I woke up. It made me want to wake up every morning which is something I didn't usually feel. I am doing better-getting some sleep and working with my doctor. Columbus Springs Dublin deserves a top star rating! I wanted you to know that I received a lot of help from the classes. All the people were very nice, doctors, nurses, and all the staff. I would recommend Columbus Springs Dublin to other people.
