I've been a client here for about five years. I have met some good, dedicated people there and I have made a lot of progress. However, the last few years or so, Centerstone has been on a downward spiral. Therapists, health coaches, social service advocates, and other positions come and go like the the wind. In many cases, the entire position was terminated without any sort of notice to me until I showed up for my next appointment. Somehow, the phone system has been out of service for clients calling in. If you get ahold of anyone it is usually an operator in Columbus who'll redirect your call to Centerstone, which will then go to some random office in the building. In the last three or so years I have not reached a live person by phone more than a few times. I also am assuming they are need of an IT department since they have been unable to figure out the password for the client wi-fi for years. I am thankful for the help they have given me, and I like the therapist I have had for the last six months, but I expect she'll be moving on soon too.
