Clinic is a regional gem that probably saves the lives of many people our area. That being said, there are valid complaints with the treatment of service, attitude of staff, and professionalism. First impressions are everything, and mine was less than joyful. The receptionist was not welcoming or warm to say the least. Not a good fit. My biggest complaint is as follows. After waiting weeks/months to see the doctor I finally start talking to him. During our first (and only) appointment, after some conversation, he twists his head as if he's looking for something, then, pulls my file out of the waste bin, and smiles. They absolutely love giving patients an anti-depressant, and cutting them loose for 6-8 weeks before checking up on said patient, usually only to switch the anti-depressant to a different one because the patient feels worse. Then the patient is expected to ordeal another 6-8 weeks of limbo, rinse and repeat.
