I just had to give this young man a great review. Whomever answered the phone and made my sons appointment for me was a gentleman. Very polite, gave me some great information, and answered all my questions with no hesitation or attitude. Awesome job and was a pleasure talking to him this morning.

From my experience I would have to say you get what you pay for. I would imagine resources for the centers are scarce seeing that most of it patients are socioeconomically disadvantaged forcing them to get help at a place seriously underfunded due to having to rely on a broken Medicare, Medicaid, and an overall healthcare system. That being said, the counselor I spoke with was friendly and professional. On the other hand, the administrative arm of the Centers needs work. On several occasions I have had problems with scheduling as well as necessary paperwork needed for my continued care. Healthcare workers can only do so much with limited resources and I have come to expect this. I can't blame them for trying. Maybe if our political leaders got serious about caring for the people and took their hands outta the deep pockets of the special interests from the healthcare industry and let common sense guide decision making when it came to creating a real healthcare system!

I went here twice as a teen and both times the doctors were VERY rude and disrespectful. The place is a little unorganized and it seemed that the front counter staff talked among each other more than being concerned with questions and usually joked about clients after they've left. However, I really enjoyed both my therapists. They made me feel so much better and relaxed. These ladies are the reason behind my 3 star rating. They genuinely cared for me and wanted to help me.

At Centers, located in scenic Lecanto, Florida, individualized addiction treatment programs are aimed at fitting the specific requirements of the patient. With unique treatment plans that are tailor-made to suit the individual, addicts will have every opportunity to overcome their addiction.
Just before the patient begins treatment at Centers, a comprehensive patient assessment will be conducted in order to determine which treatment method will work best. No matter what age group the individual belongs to, treatment is available to those of all ages . In order to obtain a life that is free of addiction, the addict has to be in the mindset of ‘recovery’. This means that the idea of sobriety is already planted in the individual’s mind and therefore will want to work toward achieving that goal.
The dedicated staff members at Centers are committed to the recovery of the patient and will do everything in their power to help them throughout this trying time. Reaching personal life goals is possible but it requires the addict to kick the habit of abusing drugs and alcohol in order to obtain them. Centers strives to show addicts that there is a life outside of addiction and through treatment; Addicts will be able to take control of their lives. Patients are also urged to attend relapse prevention programs even after treatment is completed in order to mitigate the chances of relapse in the future.
